1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information through InspectERM and the clouderm.com marketing site:

• Sign-in data:The mobile phone number your organization's administrator registers for you in CloudERM. InspectERM signs you in with that number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS; there is no separate app password.
• Inspection Photos: Users may capture and upload photos during inspections.
• User Input: Information you manually input as part of completing work orders and inspections.
• Marketing-site form data: When you submit the demo-request form or email us through clouderm.com, we collect the fields you provide — typically name, work email, company, fleet size, what you're currently using, and any message you choose to include.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information (e.g., health, financial, or biometric data).

2. How We Collect Information

Data is collected through:

• Account setup:Your phone number is entered by your organization's administrator when your CloudERM user is created, and confirmed when you enter the SMS verification code at sign-in.
• User Input: Information entered by users directly into the app.
• Photo Capture:Photos taken through the app using the device's camera.
• Marketing-site forms: Information you submit through the demo-request form or other forms on clouderm.com.

3. How We Use Information

Collected data is used solely to:

• Authenticate you when you sign in to InspectERM by sending a one-time verification code to your registered phone number.
• Enable and manage inspections and work orders within the app.
• Support functionality for users to complete inspection-related workflows.
• Respond to demo requests and other inquiries submitted through clouderm.com, and schedule follow-up communication with the person who submitted them. We do not use marketing-site form data for newsletters, resale, or unrelated marketing.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

We use secure third-party platforms to store and manage your data:

• Firebase
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Twilio (delivery of SMS verification codes only)

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data by contacting us.
• Inquire about your data usage and storage.

6. Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. All user data is:

• Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Encrypted at rest on our storage platforms.

7. Children's Privacy

InspectERM is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Compliance

At this time, InspectERM is not subject to specific privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or COPPA. However, we strive to follow general privacy best practices.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Ads

InspectERM does not use cookies, ad tracking, or third-party advertising services.

Our marketing sites (clouderm.com and inspecterm.com) do not use cookies, web analytics, ad tracking, or third-party advertising services either. We do not track visitors across sites or build advertising profiles. Standard server request logs may be retained transiently for security and operational purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy.
